NotesHe referred to pneumococcus and germ subsequently called Klebsiella. The latter was often called "Friedlander's bacillus" but this is confusing because Friedlander dealt with both organisms, see 1882. Note this item is dated arbitrarily, because Foster does not give date - but gives references (and Garrison gives only other contributions by Anton Weichselbaum).
